Last month was our anniversary. We went to Park city for a couple of days and had a great time shopping at the outlets, walking around main street, and hanging out in our slightly ghetto hotel room.
We brought our frozen wedding cake along and let's just say it tasted like it had spent a year in the freezer in the garage. (Oh that's right, it had.)

Been there and done that! Ours was nasty too! I have no idea why that is a tradition that people actually do! I think there is a special way to have it wrapped and stored though, but it costs money:)
